1. Description of Services
Quantum Biohack provides wellness and biohacking services, including IV therapy, vitamin infusions, and complementary wellness treatments, performed by certified and licensed
healthcare professionals.
All services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals and may involve medical procedures. Services are intended for wellness, preventive, or therapeutic purposes and do not replace emergency care.
2. Use of the Website and Services
You agree to use the Quantum Biohack website and services responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with applicable law.
You are prohibited from using our services or website for any fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity.
Quantum Biohack reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.
3. Intellectual Property

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified, all prices are presented in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and United States Dollars (USD)
Quantum Biohack reserves the right to update service prices without prior notice.
Refunds are not issued once the service has been delivered, except in cases of verified medical contraindications prior to therapy.
5. Cancellations
- Free Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment without any charge.
- Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will incur a charge of 100% of the total service cost, except as restricted by applicable Mexican medical service regulations.
- Notification Encouraged: Clients are encouraged to notify Quantum Biohack as early as possible to facilitate rescheduling and avoid unnecessary charges.
6. Professional Standards and Responsibility
Quantum Biohack employs and supervises licensed healthcare professionals.
All professionals:
- Hold valid Mexican medical licenses.
- Are trained and experienced in the therapies provided.
- Follow standardized safety, hygiene, and clinical protocols.
Quantum Biohack and its staff are responsible for the correct administration of services as per standard medical procedures. However, individual patient outcomes depend on biological responses, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
7. Patient Consent
By requesting and receiving services through Quantum Biohack, the patient acknowledges that they have been informed of the procedure, its potential risks, side effects, and any medical contraindications.
The patient provides explicit, informed consent to receive the therapy under these conditions.
Patients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical history, allergies, or current medications prior to treatment.
Patients are encouraged to ask questions and clarify any doubts about the procedure before receiving treatment.
8. Hygiene and Safety
All services provided through Quantum Biohack are conducted under strict hygiene and safety protocols, following applicable Mexican health regulations and professional nursing standards.
Regular audits are carried out to ensure compliance and quality of care.
9. Medical Emergencies
Quantum Biohack is not an emergency service.
In case of severe reactions, allergies, or medical complications during or after the procedure, the patient or companions must contact emergency services (911 or local equivalents) immediately.
The nurse or healthcare professional may provide basic first aid but does not replace hospital-level care.
Patients should provide accurate medical history and inform the attending professional of any changes in health status prior to each session.
10. Service Records and Documentation
Quantum Biohack maintains detailed records of all therapies performed, including:
- Professional credential verification
- Protocol compliance
- Patient feedback and satisfaction reports
These records ensure traceability, transparency, and continuous quality improvement.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Quantum Biohack protects all personal and medical data in strict compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data (LFPDPPP) and applicable health regulations, including NOM-024-SSA3-2012.
